These are a set of inspections intended to provide an over view of the property in various stages of construction. This typically starts with a foundation inspection. Then a Framing inspection or Rough-in inspection are performed. Finally a Turn Key inspection is performed just prior to the completion of the house.
Conducted prior to listing your house on the market. This provides insight into areas of enhancement or repair that potential buyers might expect or request. It is assumed that if conditions or situations are discovered by the inspector, the buyers inspector will also call attention to the same area. This will give the seller time and opportunity to make the corrections or find a contractor of their choice to perform the work. This inspection may save you from last minute negotiations or concessions to the buyer.
Provides the buyer peace of mind and some insight as to the condition of the home and what, if any, corrections or repairs may be needed. We want to insure that your home is in favorable operating condition before you move in, and you have some idea of what may be required in the future.
NEW CONSTRUCTION INSPECTION
As your new home nears the final stages of construction, an inspection may bring attention to areas that should be corrected prior to moving in. It is easier and more time efficient to address these issues while areas of the home are un-furnished and accessible and you have the attention of the contractor.
Most builders offer a one-year warranty on the materials and workmanship of the home. Near the end of the warranty we can assist with a final list of items to present to the contractor.
Insurance companies often require a Four-Point Inspection prior to insuring older properties. This inspection is a review of the Roof, Plumbing, Electrical and HVAC systems. This is not an in-depth complete home inspection but for insurance purposes and your information only.
Mortgage lenders can be better informed about property issues by a professional home inspection. Thousands or more dollars may be lost by roof and plumbing leaks, unsecured entry points and other issues that may be avoided. It also allows for better budgeting when addressing repair issues.

Real Reviews from Real Clients
We had Kevin do our inspection to our new home we are purchasing and we were so impressed with just how good he is at his job! He actually told us about the issues we told him about regarding the inspector that was hired by the buyers of our house and he went over it with us and explained it to us! He did not have to do that but is such a nice guy and you could tell he really cares about his customers and making sure they are informed. He brought real issues to us regarding the work that needs to be done in the house we are purchasing and we couldn't be happier. He told us everything that was an issue but told us only two issues really needed to be addressed with the current owner which we appreciated very much. He was referred to us and we are so glad that he was! I actually set him up on yelp so that people know where to go and who to trust regarding a home inspection!!! Great job Kevin and thanks!
Kevin Plante did an outstanding job with our home inspection. He was very thorough and helpful with explaining all that he found to where we could easily understand. I highly recommend Kevin!
We used Kevin Plant for our inspection on our last home... he does an outstanding job and puts all information in terms that anyone can understand and also prioritizes them on relevance. He has also been an awesome asset to have when there are questions about code and grandfathered issues even after 2 years of the initial inspection. I highly recommend him for your inspection needs. Also he has great customer service skills.
Great inspection. Kevin was very professional and provided a detailed home and septic report with photographs. He even made suggestions for minor repairs and some preventive maintenance tips. I would absolutely use him again.
Very helpful!! Explanations regarding the inspection are thorough. Kevin is very responsive to any questions, he really knows what he is doing.
